Your ongoing subscription includes website maintenance, content updates, technical support and ongoing website management.

We’ll ask about your business, services, ideal customers, competitors, brand, goals, functionality, existing website and available assets such as your logo and photography.

You do not need to know how your website should be structured or what pages you need. That’s part of our job.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire and everything required for your project, your website officially enters production.

Once we receive your completed Website Discovery Questionnaire and all required materials, we have two weeks to complete your website.

The two-week production period begins once we have everything required to start your project.

This allows us to understand your business first and then move efficiently through strategy, design, development and optimization.

Yes. Every Founding Partner has the option to book one complimentary onboarding call with our team.

The call is optional because our Website Discovery Questionnaire is designed to collect the information we need to build your website.

However, if you’d rather talk through your business, vision, goals or specific requirements with us directly, your onboarding call gives you that opportunity.

And if you’re still deciding whether to join, you can also book a free Discovery Call before purchasing.

Hosting is included in your $100/month Founding Partner subscription.

Domain registration and domain transfers are separate pass-through costs paid by the client. The cost can vary depending on several factors, including the domain name, domain extension, current registrar or hosting provider, transfer requirements and other circumstances associated with the existing domain.

If you already own a domain, we can work with your existing domain during setup and help coordinate the transfer or connection when needed.

We’ll let you know the applicable domain or transfer cost before proceeding with any charge.

Your website can include the core functionality needed to turn visitors into leads and customers, depending on your business.

This can include contact and lead forms, click-to-call functionality, Google Maps integration and calendar booking for appointments or consultations.

Typical contact forms and calendar scheduling can capture your leads and send the submitted information to you by email.

CRM integration, full marketing automation, automated funnels, advanced workflows and custom-programmed AI chat functionality are not included in the standard Website subscription.

We’ll determine the appropriate functionality during the discovery process based on how customers interact with your business.

M.Y.A. Core is an optional additional $99/month service for businesses that want more advanced marketing, customer management and automation capabilities.

M.Y.A. Core provides access to services such as CRM functionality, full marketing automations, advanced workflows, automated funnels and custom-programmed AI chat functionality.

If your business would benefit from those capabilities, we can connect your website to the broader M.Y.A. Core system.

Every Founding Partner Website includes SEO foundations.

We build your website with search visibility in mind, including a search-friendly structure and foundational on-page optimization.

This does not include an ongoing SEO campaign, ongoing SEO content creation or guaranteed search rankings. Those are separate from the Founding Partner Website service.

The goal is to make sure your new website starts with the right technical and structural foundation rather than treating SEO as an afterthought.

Your Website Discovery Questionnaire will show us exactly what you already have and what may still be needed.

You can provide existing brand materials, logos, photography and website content where available. We’ll review what you provide, determine the best approach for your project and let you know if anything additional is required before production begins.

You don’t need to arrive with a finished website plan. That’s what you’re hiring us to create.

We don’t simply launch your website and disappear.

Your $100/month Founding Partner subscription continues after launch and includes ongoing website maintenance, content updates, technical support, hosting and website management.

If your business changes, you can request content updates so your website can continue to reflect your business as it evolves.

Your domain registration and transfer costs remain separate client-paid expenses, and optional services outside the Website subscription — such as M.Y.A. Core — are billed separately.

There are no hidden upfront website development fees. Any optional additional costs, including applicable domain registration or transfer charges, will be communicated before they are added.
